TECHNO EDGE is an Algerian company specialized in developing IT solutions (software, applications, platforms) for businesses and organizations.

In the course of its activities, the company notably:

• Designs and develops software, applications, and IT solutions;
• Integrates, deploys, maintains, and supports solutions;
• Manages customer relationships and project follow-up;
• Hosts and operates solutions on behalf of clients, where applicable;
• Manages relationships with suppliers and service providers (hosting, licenses, services);
• Carries out commercial activities and participates in trade shows;
• Manages human resources and skills development;
• Ensures information systems and premises security;
• Complies strictly with applicable regulations, especially data protection.

The security and protection of your data are central to TECHNO EDGE priorities. We process data in full compliance with Law 18-07 and under ANPDP oversight.

This policy clearly explains how we collect, use, share, secure, and retain your data, and the rights you have.

Controller and processor. TECHNO EDGE acts as data controller for its own data (clients, prospects, employees, suppliers). When it develops, hosts, or operates solutions processing data on behalf of clients, it acts as a processor under the client's documented instructions and confidentiality and security obligations.

TECHNO EDGE collects and processes your data on various occasions, in strict compliance with Law 18-07:

Customer relations and projects. Data of client contacts for contract conclusion and performance, project follow-up, and support. Legal basis: contract performance.

Website requests and prospecting. Data sent via the contact form, quote requests, social media, or events. Legal basis: consent and legitimate interest.

Solutions operated for clients. Data processed as processor under the client's instructions as controller.

Suppliers and service providers. Data of supplier representatives (hosting, licenses, services) under contracts.

Recruitment and applications. Candidate data. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest.

Human resources. Employee data, notably under Law 90-11. Legal basis: employment contract and legal obligations.

Security and video surveillance. Systems at access points and premises. Legal basis: legitimate interest and safety of property and persons.

Legal obligations. Retention and disclosure for legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, or judicial requirements.

Depending on context, we may process:

• Identification and contact: name, position, company, professional contact details;
• Client and project data: information needed to manage contracts, projects, and support;
• Prospect data: information sent via the website, quotes, or events;
• Data processed for clients: as processor per client instructions;
• Suppliers: contact details of supplier and provider representatives;
• Recruitment and HR: CVs, career history, references, and employee management data;
• Technical data: logs, IP addresses, and system connection data.

We do not collect sensitive data as defined by Law 18-07 for our own purposes.

Data is kept only as long as necessary for the purposes, subject to legal and contractual obligations. Indicative periods:

Your data is confidential and limited to authorized staff. As a digital company, TECHNO EDGE implements reinforced security: encryption, access management and traceability, code and environment security, secure hosting, and staff awareness.

Any subprocessors (hosting, cloud, maintenance) are subject to the same security and confidentiality requirements and act only on the controller's instructions.

Transfers outside national territory. Any transfer to a foreign state is made only if that state ensures an adequate level of protection and after ANPDP authorization.

Under Law 18-07, you have the following rights:

Right to information

Transparent information about how your data is processed (Article 32).

Right of access

Access to your data, verification of accuracy, and a copy where applicable (Article 34).

Right to rectification and erasure

Update, correct, or delete inaccurate or outdated data (Article 35).

Right to object

Object for legitimate reasons, including direct marketing (Articles 36 and 37). For data processed as processor, requests are forwarded to the client controller.
